KEVILLE ENTERPRISES, INC., a WBE/DBE Certified Construction Management and Inspection firm specializing in providing a full spectrum of construction management and support services as an owner's representative on public and private projects is seeking a qualified full time Schedule Analyst to develop and monitor construction schedules.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: The scheduler will be reviewing and analyzing contractor baseline schedules, and monthly contractor update schedules, making recommendations to mitigate delays and completing project status reports on highway, roadway, bridge, rail, facility, electrical T&D and airport construction projects. Responsibilities may also include evaluating change orders and delays related to time impacts. Duties will also include leading schedule-related meetings with construction contractors and field oversight staff, discuss/negotiate schedule issues and attend all progress meetings for assigned projects. Other responsibilities may include: Contract Time Determination Schedule Development, Cash Flow Forecasting, Integrated Master Schedule Development, Critical Path Management and Reporting, Resource & Cost Loaded Schedules and Progress Curve Development, Look Ahead Schedules, and Development of Monthly Status Reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• BS in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field is required.  A Planning & Schedule Professional (PSP) certification is also acceptable.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Engineering, Construction or Construction Management required with a minimum of 6 years of experience with scheduling software Primavera P6 experience a must.
• Heavy Construction / Highway / Bridge / Rail / Facilities / Airport / Electrical T&D experience is preferred.
• Thorough understanding of and experience in construction scheduling, program scheduling, and cost & resource loading required.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to read and interpret plans and specifications and an ability to manage multiple tasks.
