KEVILLE ENTERPRISES, INC., a WBE/DBE Certified Construction Management and Inspection firm specializing in providing a full spectrum of construction management and support services as an owner's representative on public and private projects is seeking a qualified full time Senior Schedule Analyst to develop, monitor and review design, property acquisition, permitting, fabrication of materials and other pre-construction schedules as part of the Go Triangle, Durham/Orange Light Rail Transit Program Management Contract.  Upon completion of pre-construction activities, work will shift to schedule tasks during the construction phase.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: The scheduler will be developing and analyzing designer schedules, utility relocation schedules, environmental and permitting schedules, long lead time fabrication schedules and other factors that will affect the start of construction activities on the new start light rail system. The scheduler will be proactive by making recommendations to mitigate delays and completing project status reports on rail/transit aspects of the project along with the construction activities affect upon the roadway, bridge, commerce and other facilities that will be affected during construction.  Responsibilities may also include evaluating change orders and delays related to time impacts. Duties will also include leading schedule-related meetings with the owner, local officials, the public, contractors and field oversight staff, discuss/negotiate schedule issues and attend all progress meetings for assigned projects. Excellent communication skills along with strong technical knowledge of CPM scheduling will be critical to the successful candidate.  Other responsibilities may include: Contract Time Determination Schedule Development, Cash Flow Forecasting, Integrated Master Schedule Development, Critical Path Management and Reporting, Resource & Cost Loaded Schedules and Progress Curve Development, Look Ahead Schedules, and Development of Monthly Status Reports.

QUALIFICATIONS: BS in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field is required.  A Planning & Schedule Professional (PSP) certification is also preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in Engineering, Construction or Construction Management required with a minimum of 5 years of experience with scheduling software Primavera P6 experience a must. Heavy Construction / Highway / Bridge / Rail / Facilities experience is preferred. Thorough understanding of and experience in construction scheduling, program scheduling, and cost & resource loading required. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to read and interpret plans and specifications and an ability to manage multiple tasks.
