KEVILLE ENTERPRISES, INC., a Construction Management firm specializing in providing a full spectrum of Construction Management and premier Project Controls services is seeking a full time CPM Scheduler to develop and monitor CPM construction schedules for projects in the Boston area. This is a great opportunity to advance and grow within the organization with an experienced Controls group made up of 24 full time schedulers and 11 estimators.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist with Program/Project schedule development with input from designers and construction team 
  • Assist with updates to the program/project schedule and contribute to monthly reporting 
  • Assist with cost and resource loading for cash flow and performance reporting 
  • Perform contractor baseline and monthly update reviews 
  • Support Claims analysis
  • Conduct periodic construction project site visits to monitor progress and assure progress schedule integrity
  • Assist the Project Controls Group in various projects as necessary 

Qualifications:

  • BS in Engineering, Construction Management or related field. Six years of related project controls experience may be substituted for degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of construction experience on transportation, transit and building construction.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of scheduling experience with Primavera P6.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to read and understand plans and specifications .
